Welcome to Total Tennis!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Total Tennis's Website, located at https://totaltennis.sg.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Total Tennis if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. PAYMENT POLICY

1.1 Payment Modes

Payments are to be made to

  • UEN: 53293179C

  • PayNow: (Kindly enquire for QR code)

Slots are ONLY confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

1.2 Private Lessons

  • Payment for private lessons must be made on the day of the lesson under a pre-paid package (10 or 20 lessons)

  • Package sessions must be completed within

    • 3 months (10 lessons)

    • 6 months (20 lessons)

      Unless extended due to injury with a valid medical certificate (MC).

  • No refunds will be given for unused sessions

  • Slots will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

1.3 Group Lessons

  • Payments are collected on a monthly basis.

  • Payment must be made before the first week of the month.

  • Slots are only confirmed upon payment.

  • Total Tennis reserves the right to release the slot to another student in the event of late payment.

1.4 Camp Training:

  • Camp slots are only confirmed upon full payment.

  • No refunds or make-up lessons will be provided if a student is unable to attend due to personal reasons, illness or other activities.

2. WITHDRAWAL POLICY (GROUP LESSONS)

  • Withdrawal from group lessons is strictly on a monthly basis.

  • A minimun of 15 days written notice before the start of the new month ois required.

  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to enquiry@totaltennis.sg

  • No refunds will be given for withdrawal int he middle of a month or for unutilised lessons.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Private Lessons

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

  • Public Courts: Once a court has been booked and paid for, court fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Condo Courts: Students must ensure court availability. If the coach arrives and the court is not available, full lesson fee will be charged.

3.2 Group Lessons

  • If a student is unable to attend a group lesson, notice must be sent to enquiry@totaltennis.sg.

  • Advance notice of more than 15 days is required for any fee adjustment.

  • Otherwise, lesson fee remains applicable.

4. ABSENCES & ILLNESS POLICY

  • For medical absences, a valid Medical Certificate (MC) must be submitted within 24 hours, covering the missed lesson date.

  • If valid documentation is provided, fees may be carried forward.

  • Students who are unwell must inform the Academy immediately and must not attend class.

  • Failure to provide valid documentation within 24 hours will result in the lesson being charged

5. RAIN-OUT POLICY (OUTDOOR COURTS)

  • All weather-related decisions are at the sole discretion of Total Tennis.

  • Notification of cancellation/delay will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp no earlier than 1 hour before class

  • If no update is sent, lessons will proceed as scheduled.

  • If notified that lessons are ongoing but the student chooses not to attend, it will be considered a no-show.

Rain Interruption During Lesson:

  • More than half completed: Lesson charged in full.

  • Less than half completed: Lesson charged in half.

The coach's decision regarding court safety is final.

6. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  • Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival

  • No extension will be given for time lost due to laterness

7. PUBLIC & CONDO COURT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

  • Public court booking fees are not included in lesson fees.

  • Students/parents are responsible for booking courts unless otherwise arranged.

  • For condo lessons, transport surcharges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK & LIABILITY POLICY

  • Tennis is a physical sport involving inherent risks.

  • Any past injuries or medical conditions must be made known toTotal Tennios prior to participation.

  • Participation is at the student's own risk.

  • Total Tennis and its coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages or death arising from participation in lessons or camps.

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that you must understand how these terms affect your legal rights,

9. CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

  • Students are expected to demonstrate respectful and sportman-like behaviour.

  • Disruptive, unsafe or inapproprriate behaviours may result in removal from class without refund.

  • Parents are advised not to interfere during coaching lessons.

10. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

  • Photos & videos taken during lessons and camps are the property of Total Tennis.

  • They may be used for marketing & promotional purposes on social media or their platforms.

  • Please inform us in writing if you do not wish for the students to appear in promotional materials.

11. AMENDMENTS POLICY

Total Tennis reserves the rights to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Total Tennis does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Total Tennis, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Total Tennis shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Total Tennis reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
